AI MOM School Inbox is a tool for adult parents and caregivers. Please avoid submitting sensitive details such as health records, home addresses, passwords, or unnecessary identifying information about children.
When you create an account, we store your email address, a password hash, a recovery-code hash, and your account creation date. When you explicitly save a plan, we store its title, a text version of the notice, the plan’s items, and their completion status. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms.
When you choose Make my plan and agree to processing, the submitted text or file is sent from our server to OpenAI to extract school information. Uploaded files are handled temporarily during the request; AI MOM does not retain the original file. We request that the API response not be stored as a retrievable response. OpenAI may separately retain data for service operation and abuse monitoring under its API policies. This is not a promise of zero retention by all providers.
The notice and extracted plan are not added to your saved-plan database unless you choose Save plan. An unsaved draft remains in the current browser page until it is closed or replaced. There is no email inbox integration.
Saved plans are associated with your account. Delete an individual plan from Your saved plans. To remove your account and all its saved plans, open My account and choose Delete my account and plans. Deletion removes records from the active application database. Hosting-provider logs or backups may persist according to the provider’s retention practices.
The hosting service may record routine request information such as IP addresses and access times. The app uses hashed rate-limit buckets for account and processing abuse prevention; these expire and are removed during subsequent requests. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics in this version.
Save the recovery code shown at registration. Email verification and email-based password recovery are not available in this beta. You can reset your password using your email address and recovery code.
